A transparent 4-step process designed to protect both parties and close deals with maximum efficiency — no shortcuts, no advance fees, no exceptions.

01

Qualification

KYC/AML verification of both parties. Financial capacity assessed via BCL or POF. Proof of product and product quality (Q&Q certificate). Fraud screening against known bad-actor databases. No document exchange before qualification is complete.

Contract

Drafting of ICPO/LOI followed by a binding SPA aligned with international Incoterms and commodity trading standards. All terms reviewed by both parties before execution. NCNDA/IMFPA signed for co-brokerage arrangements.

Payment & Finance

Payment secured via irrevocable, confirmed LC or SBLC. All instruments verified through official banking channels before cargo is released. Zero advance fee policy — we refuse any deal requesting upfront payments.

Delivery & Settlement

Cargo shipped and inspected by independent SGS/Intertek inspector. Q&Q certificate issued. LC documents presented for payment. Settlement of agreed transaction fees and invoices upon delivery confirmation.
