Everything you need to know about working with KTECH Energies — our process, protections and standards.
Every counterparty undergoes full KYC/AML screening before any document exchange. We verify BCL and RWA through official banking channels, require all transactions to be secured by irrevocable LC or SBLC, and refuse any deal requesting advance fees. Our procedures are aligned with ICC and ISBP 745 standards.
Never. KTECH Energies operates a strict zero advance fee policy. Any request for upfront payment, processing fees or bank charges is automatically rejected. Payment is secured exclusively through internationally recognised financial instruments.
We require a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) or Proof of Funds (POF) issued by a recognised tier-1 bank, confirming the buyer has the financial capacity to complete the transaction. Verified through official banking channels before any contract is signed.
Our commission is agreed at the outset and documented in the SPA. Commissions are paid exclusively from the seller's proceeds upon confirmed delivery — never upfront, never by the buyer.
Yes. We welcome co-brokerage arrangements with professional intermediaries who hold genuine, verifiable mandates. We sign an NCNDA/IMFPA before any transaction information is exchanged. Commission splits are agreed transparently in writing.
For refined products (Diesel, Gasoline, Jet A-1), we typically work with mandates from 25,000 MT per month upward. For crude oil, minimum is generally 500,000 barrels. LPG transactions start from 5,000 MT.
Our average closing time from first contact to signed SPA is 14 days, provided both parties cooperate promptly. Full delivery timelines typically range from 30 to 60 days from contract execution for ocean-going cargoes.
