Before any introduction, both parties pass KYC and AML checks: corporate registration, beneficial ownership, banking capacity, and proof of product or off-take rights. No party reaches the negotiating table until due diligence is complete.

We shape each deal into a bankable structure — from LOI and ICPO through SCO to a binding SPA aligned with Incoterms 2020 and ISBP 745 — and coordinate the payment instrument, whether documentary LC, SBLC or MT103, protecting intermediaries with NCNDA/IMFPA.

We coordinate the physical movement of cargo under FOB and CIF terms: vessel nomination and Q88, laycan and charter-party alignment, port and customs clearance, and delivery to the agreed discharge port — alongside established shipowners and chartering brokers.

Every cargo is inspected by an independent inspection agency at loadport and discharge. Quantity and quality are certified against the contractual specification before payment is released, protecting both sides from disputes.

We screen every counterparty and instrument against sanctions and fraud indicators, authenticate banking instruments through official channels, and enforce a strict zero-advance-fee policy. Deals that cannot meet these standards are declined, regardless of size.
